Who is behind it
It began with athletes, and essences she made herself.
Helena spent years treating top-level footballers. Injuries, muscle pain, sprains, rebuilding muscle mass, all with her hands and with the essences she made herself from natural herbs. The players called it the magic essence, and they called the recovery lightning.
Today the work lives in two places at once. In our studio at Centro Comercial Palmeiras, in Moita, where H.By.R Body training gets the whole body working in twenty minutes. And in the bottles of H.By.R Essências, which go from here to the homes of people living with pain.

This is where it all began.
Before the essences and before the electrostimulation suit, there was a treatment table and injuries to treat. Helena began doing rehabilitation with players and clients, and everything else grew out of that work. H.By.R Body lives inside this centre, not next to it.
Care is individual, one person at a time, focused on functional recovery, injury prevention and giving mobility back to those who have lost it. It is still what we do every day.

They can also be used in aromatherapy, massages, baths or diffusers. Inhaled, they stimulate the nervous system; applied to the skin, they have local effects such as pain relief and muscle relaxation.
The essences are concentrated plant and flower extracts and do not replace medical care. If you are pregnant, have a chronic illness or take medication, talk to your doctor first.
